Nashville, TN (May 1998) – The Healthcare Financial Management Association has elected Neil Koonce president of the Tennessee Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Koonce, president of Knoxville-based Receivables Management Bureau, will take office in June, serving a one-year term.
As the president of the Tennessee Chapter, Koonce will lead the nearly 1,000 members in the state-wide association. The Tennessee Chapter is the nation’s fifth largest chapter in HFMA’s 70 nationwide chapters.
The Healthcare Financial Management Association is the nation’s leading membership organization for healthcare financial professionals. HFMA members include chief executive officers, chief financial officers, controllers, patient accounts managers, accountants, and consultants. HFMA, based in Westchester, Illinois, has a national membership of over 30,000 professionals.
