Knoxville, TN (December 2014) – Healthcare Receivables Group was recently recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Collections in 2014. This program was created by insideARM.com and Best Companies Group. Healthcare Receivables Group was one of 12 winning companies nationwide in the “Mid-sized Companies” category (50-149 employees). A grand total of only 35 companies were awarded the distinction of Best Companies to Work in Collections for 2014 in all award categories.
Accounts receivable management companies from across the country entered the two-part survey process to determine the winners. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings.
HRG was also recognized in 2011, 2012, and 2013 as one of the Best Places to Work in Collections in the Small Company category.
