Healthcare Receivables Group Judged to be “One of the Best Call Centers to Work For in 2017”

Knoxville, TN (December 2017) – Healthcare Receivables Group is proud to announce it was recently selected as one of the Best Call Centers to Work For 2017.

The Best Call Centers to Work For program celebrates excellence among call center work environments across several industries. Honorees are chosen by an independent judge (the Best Companies Group) based on company practices and employee feedback. Out of many submissions nationwide, only those that meet the Best Companies Group rigorous criteria are selected as a best place to work. This year only 29 companies met the standards to be selected.

Companies from across the U.S. entered the rigorous two-part assessment process to determine the Best Call Centers to Work For. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an anonymous employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the Best Companies Group managed the overall analysis process and determined the final rankings.
